Lead the creative vision and design strategy within an international communications and marketing agency. Develop brand identity systems, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing across web, social, video, and product storytelling while partnering with senior marketing and brand leaders to translate strategy into compelling brand experiences. Provide creative leadership for campaigns and brand initiatives for companies including Salesforce, T-mobile, Canva, Quicken, Domo and Young Living.

Senior creative leader directing integrated brand programs across retail, packaging, digital marketing, product development, and advertising. Founded and scaled the agency’s retail brand practice, building a multidisciplinary team of more than 20 designers.

Created an innovation lab that developed new product concepts and brand extensions, resulting in more than 20 retail product launches for Target, General Mills, DreamWorks, Walgreens and Publix.

Managed overall quality and profitability of the agency’s design work. Led the redesign of Target’s gift card strategy, increasing gift card sales by more than 200 percent. Directed national in store campaigns for major retail seasons including Christmas, Halloween, Easter, and Back to School, while partnering closely with Target’s retail trend and product design teams to align brand storytelling with consumer insights.
